We loved our stay here whilst visiting family locally. It is a really well-equipped cottage and we felt relaxed with the dogs here, super walking area, and yes, so nice to spend time in a friendly local pub serving good food – we miss that in France. We’ll definitely return.

We’ve had a lovely relaxing week & enjoyed the local walks & scenery. The cottage had everything we needed and was cosy & warm. It is ideally located for Storthes Hall Uni campus and we were able to see plenty of our son too, so all in all we had an enjoyable holiday.

This was our fourth visit and we will be back next year. Wonderful cottage, beautiful village, great pub. (Loved the hens) Don’t want to leave!

We came here for a crochet course in Holmfirth and extended our stay in the cottage. Beautiful setting. House very comfortable & well-equipped – the best we have stayed in. We will definitely re-book.
